Rabbanit Jennifer Raskas teaches “Leadership Training: Empowering You for Today’s World” at Midreshet Lindenbaum, which utilizes traditional Jewish sources and contemporary leadership theories and practices. Jennifer is the Community Scholar at Shir Hadash, a synagogue and educational center in the heart of Jerusalem. An alumna of Midreshet Lindenbaum, she is a founder and inaugural scholar of the four-year, certificate granting "International Halakha Scholars Program" of Ohr Torah Stone. She serves as a teacher and leadership coach at the Orthodox Leadership Project, and she is a trained facilitator for the organization Resetting the Table, which builds cultures of dialogue across difference. She is a trained educator for the Matan Bat Mitzvah program and previously served as the Washington DC Director at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America. Jennifer received her master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and graduated from Columbia University, Magna Cum Laude. Her articles and Divrei Torah have appeared in academic journals and in online Jewish learning forums. Jennifer is married to Dr. Mordechai Raskas and together they are raising four children.
